By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy. 1. About us
We sell premium, hand-sorted, naturally roasted makhana (fox nuts) to individual customers and to bulk / B2B buyers. Our products are manufactured at Khasra No. 100, Kanshi, near Delhi Mor, Darbhanga, Bihar. Our correspondence address is Sec 17-H, Green View Apartment, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad 201012.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to place an order. If you are younger, please order through a parent or guardian.
3. Products and information
- We make every effort to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours, sizes and packaging may differ slightly from images, and natural products can vary a little from batch to batch.
- Nutritional and usage information is for general guidance and is not medical advice. If you have an allergy or medical condition, please check the ingredients on the pack or consult your doctor.
- Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue a product at any time.
4. Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Prices and offers can change without notice, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay. If a price was clearly listed by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
- Bulk / B2B prices are tiered by quantity and shown on the relevant product page or quotation.
5. Placing an order
When you place an order you make an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it (for example through an order confirmation message or email). We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the pincode is not serviceable, payment fails or is not verified, or we suspect fraud or misuse. You are responsible for providing a correct name, phone number and address.
6. Payments
- We accept online payments (UPI, debit / credit cards, netbanking and wallets) processed securely through Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery on eligible orders.
- We never see or store your card or banking credentials.
- For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready at delivery. Repeated refusal of COD parcels may result in COD being disabled for your account or phone number.
- Coupon codes are valid only as stated in their terms, cannot be combined unless mentioned, and may be withdrawn at any time.
7. Shipping and delivery
Delivery timelines, charges and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
8. Cancellations, replacements and refunds
Our Cancellation & Refund Policy explains when an order can be cancelled and when we replace or refund a product. As makhana is a sealed food product, opened or used packs cannot be returned.
9. User accounts
You can shop as a guest or create an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
10. Reviews and user content
If you post a review, photo or other content, you confirm it is genuine and lawful, and you give us a free, non-exclusive right to display it on our website and marketing. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading, unlawful or off-topic.
11. Intellectual property
The Kranti Natural name, logo, images, text, product photography and website design are owned by or licensed to Kranti Natural Pvt Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, submit false orders or use it for any unlawful purpose.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kranti Natural Pvt Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under Indian law that cannot be excluded.
14. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruption, government action, or failures of internet, payment or courier services.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law, the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any issue amicably.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date shown as “Last updated”. Your continued use of the website means you accept the changes.
